DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• At least 23 years old
  
• 24 total months of CDL Class A driving experience
  
• A minimum of 18 months in the last 3 years
  
• Flatbed drivers need experience
  
• Maximum of 8 moving violations in the last 3 years
  
• No at fault (or preventable) accidents within the last 5 years
  
• No DUI/DWI in the last 7 years

PAY

Get paid weekly

DRY VAN

• 65 % of 98% the line haul and 100% fuel surcharge

(2% off the line haul for Insurance Surcharge)

No trailer rent

$100 per week for Omni, Occ Acc and Bobtail OR‐ $150 per week if you also need plates

Physical damage will depend on the value of the truck

$25 per week for fuel tax

$50 per week for maintenance escrow

$100 per week for Hardware Deposit Capped out at $1,000 (For Camera, Transflo, ECT)

All deductions will be deferred till Sunday of your 2nd week

• 72% of 98% the line haul and 100% fuel surcharge

(2% off the line haul for Insurance Surcharge)

Trailer rent (most are $215 per week)

$100 per week for Omni, Occ Acc and Bobtail OR‐ $150 per week if you also need plates

FLATBED

• 67% of 98% the line haul and 100% fuel surcharge

(2% off the line haul for Insurance Surcharge)

STEP DECK

• 75% of 98% the line haul and 100% fuel surcharge

Will have trailer rent ($425)

$100 per week for Omni, Occ Acc and Bobtail OR‐ $150 per week if you also need plates

$25 per week for fuel tax

$50 per week for maintenance escrow

$100 per week for Hardware Deposit Capped out at $1,000 (For Camera, Transflo, ECT)

BONUSES

• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

= $500 at 6 months $1,000 at 1 year $1,500 at 2 years $2,000 3 years

Driver Referral Bonus = $2,500 = $100 at 1st dispatch $200 at 30 days $200 at 60 days $1,000 at 1 year $1,000 at 2 years.

Safety Jackpot: includes monthly drawing of all clean inspections, HOS rules, and follows all Safety Standards. Jackpot can include TVs, cash prizes, etc.
