This is an excellent opportunity for an aggressive, hard working, people-person who knows how to bypass the "gatekeeper." We are looking for someone with outstanding account management, customer service, vast outside sales expertise, and a great, never quit, never-say-die, attitude. We need expert hunters! We need an individual who is comfortable building relationships with private healthcare practice decision makers (owners, providers, hiring managers, and other healthcare leaders). We've built a successful platform and effective processes. We seek an individual who will utilize those established resources and successful processes to actively sell our virtual recruiting and staffing platform to the private practice decision makers who are currently using other, more expensive and inferior methods to attract talent.
We are unique in that we use a subscription based model instead of a per placement model like job boards and staffing agencies. As a result, we are much less expensive, more effective, and provide a more comprehensive solution than either. Our services perform much like a continuous maintenance plan for our partner organizations. Most importantly, our pricing is the best in the industry ($499 yearly subscription for unlimited services or $199 monthly subscription for unlimited services vs. $350 per job post, per job board or $3,000 per placement via a staffing agency). As you can see, our evolved technology enables us to offer reduced pricing and our annual price point is less than most would pay for one month of similar service (makes for a condensed sales cycle). The successful candidate will be an Independent Contractor (IRS Form-1099). This is a very lucrative commission-based partnership. We provide an uncapped 60/40 split on annual subscriptions paying $200 per yearly or $40 per monthly subscription sold. Each territory yields approximately 5,000 customers. You can do the math on the potential for an aggressive go-getter! Further, you are also paid residual commissions on both annual and monthly renewals! We want our sales reps to run an extremely aggressive, high touch campaign within their territory (100+ unique touches per week and diligent follow up)

Responsibilities and Duties:
Establish and Manage Client (Employer) Relationships
This begins as an organic position. Which means, there are no initial sales leads. Leads will be provided after a 1-month provide period. However, sales commissions are paid as normal. The expectation is to establish relationships with privately owned healthcare practices (not associated with hospital systems, large service organizations, venture capital or private equity groups, etc) within your defined territory. Ensure employers are fully informed on the product, process and platform capabilities. Once the subscription is sold, the account will be handed off to an "Experience and Relationship Manager" (Account Manager).
Qualifications and Skills
1+ year of experience in outside sales preferred.
Mastery of bypassing gatekeepers, follow up and follow through
1+ year supporting healthcare clients preferred but not required
Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit. A desire to work as an independent contractor (including working remotely, utilizing personal resources phone/computer, dependable mode of transportation, no direct management, freedom within your territory, etc.)
Ability to utilize virtual marketing resources and demo HealthStaffConnect platforms capabilities.
