A company that provides a SaaS platform for recruiting agencies is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their team in San Francisco. Their product allows recruiters to communicate easier with their candidates through every touch point. Additionally, they are able to automate services such as getting candidate feedback about interviews, setting up calls, and most recently, they are building out an AI chat bot that will be able to run basic prescreens with candidates via text! The company is looking for an ambitious designer to work on their stand-alone web and native mobile applications. This role will be directly managing 2 Senior Product Designers (with plans to add more), and primarily work on managing and strategy. Prior enterprise experience is a must.
