You will be tasked with generating a broad opportunity pipeline by initiating conversations and nurturing relationships with clients, providing patient supportassistance and market access consulting solutions. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director, with a background in a reimbursement hubpatient support sales experience, although we would consider candidates from other scientific backgrounds who have strong account management skills and experience in the commercialization space. Bachelors degree in life science or business field preferred Experience In addition, the ideal candidate should be able to offer Good understanding of the product commercialization space, including reimbursement hub, patient assistance, cop-pay, adherence. Strong team player ability to work very closely with colleagues, share leads and form highly effective collaborations Significant (at least 4 years) commercial expertise, ideally in a CRO or other Life Sciences environment Highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to form strong and effective relationships internally and externally Ability to adapt your style and approach to different audiences internally and externally Experience of presenting to executives andor senior levels within a client organization Able to work autonomously and effectively, managing your own priorities in conjunction with those of your colleagues and your clients Proven ability to identify, develop and implement creative and innovative strategies that lead to effective long term client relationships Experience of developing accounts by effective networking and prospecting, building a sales pipeline, delivering creative proposals and delivering opportunities Willingness to travel depending on COVID this would ideally be around 50 of the role and will include visiting clients in the northwest US
