We are a boutique style, privately owned Radiology Facility looking for a confident, detail oriented, professional, skilled and friendly Patient Care Coordinator and Front Desk person. We are located in Santa Monica. We pride ourselves in providing excellent patient care and customer service. Please be energetic, outgoing, responsible and professional. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Answering phones/emails,

• Answering phones/emails
• Greeting patients
• Educating and counseling patients about procedures,
• Scheduling
• Faxing
• Data entry
• Support of both the physicians and other staff
• Flexibility and adaptability are essential as all staff members are cross-trained in each other's functions and called upon to support one another as needed.
• Be exceptionally organized, neat, detail-oriented, reliable and efficient
• Be a team-player that interacts well with others and is able to maintain grace under pressure.
