    Compensation:  12 - 14.50 an hour, depending on experience.

      Customer Retention Specialist - Work at Home Overview:

      This exciting work at home job is a direct hire opportunity with OptimumCX LLC. Please pay close attention to the technology and environment requirements for this position. The Customer Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer service experience to small businesses located primarily in North America. Use your persuasion skills to win back customers and get rewarded You will be responsible for retaining North American small business owners who are considering cancelling their subscription service. Youll actively listen to understand the customers reasons for leaving and retain them through a variety of defined playbook strategies. Specialists will be participating in paid, virtual training from home. Your ability to win over people with your positive attitude and persuasion skills will remind customers why they originally signed-up as well as promoting additional value in extending their cloud communications services  monthly bonuses for meeting and exceeding targets

      Customer Retention Specialist - Work at Home Primary Job Functions:

      • Answer inbound calls, and make outbound calls, to small business owners who have indicated that they are planning to terminate their services
      • Achieve and exceed individual monthly targets
      • Probe for the reasons why the customer is planning to switch services
      • Execute best retention practices using your persuasion skills
      • Manage all interactions and offers in

      Customer Retention Specialist - Work at Home Requirements:

      • Must be at least 18 years of age
      • Must have a HS Diploma/GED
      • Must be able to pass a background check
      • Able type a minimum of 30 WPM
      • Customer Service Experience 1-2 years
      • Punctuality (Good Attendance)
      • Positive and Professional Demeanor
      • Persuasion Skills
      • Active Listening Skills
      • Customer Focused
      • Computer Skills understanding of cloud computing and telephone/communications services
      • Detailed Oriented
      • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
      • Solid experience in problem solving and resolution skills
      • Strong analytical skills, able to multitask
      • Salesforce and/or CRM experience preferred
      • A quiet/isolated place to work that will eliminate distraction

      Physical Demands:

      • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time, constantly operates a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed.

      Customer Retention Specialist - Work at Home Technology Requirements:

      • Windows 10 Pro
      • Intel Skylake i3 (2015) or AMD Zen Ryzen (2017) or better processor
      • 8 GB RAM or better
      • Two or more monitors
      • Ergonomic keyboard and mouse
      • Webcam
      • Headset- Must have noise cancelation and a mute button.
      • Direct Ethernet connection
      • Consistent 50/10 Mbps Internet connection

      Customer Retention Specialist - Work at Home Desired Skills:

      • Previous sales and/or retention experience in a call center
      • Work at home experience is a plus
