The Microsoft Adoption Manager is responsible for qualifying and positioning Microsoft Cloud Services-based solutions to accounts through presentations in order to help clients successfully adopt and expand their usage of Microsoft Cloud solutions and services.  The Microsoft Adoption Manager will identify opportunities to leverage Insight's complete Microsoft Cloud Services technology offerings.  This position will partner with sales specialists to manage and grow opportunities to achieve sales objectives.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Identify, qualify and close new accounts in assigned territory for consumption growth and targets for FastTrack

• Exhibit Insight knowledge by selling company as a solution to business needs.
• Pursue a plan to maximize Microsoft Cloud opportunities and leverage Insight's integrated managed solution offerings
• Effectively communicate and present to all executive levels of an organization Insight's complete value proposition.
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of leading industry trends in relation to Cloud solutions.
• Develop relationships with Microsoft to work on leads and opportunities.
• Gain commitment from key influencers and executives to demonstrate a business partnership with company. 
• You will have the opportunity to foster positive client relationships while effectively managing challenging situations and driving client success. 
• You'll take a solution-centric approach and proactively advise and introduce new Microsoft Cloud solutions to solve client's business needs. Proactively identify new workloads and expansion opportunities in each account to drive adoption. Develop, foster and maintain relationships with Business Decision Makers and IT Decision Makers to influence adoption.
• Clearly define client business outcomes and build a high quality "success plan" inclusive of client objectives
• Conduct adoption remote/virtual workshops and generate an adoption plan
• Establish and run deployment and usage governance processes to increase deployment and usage velocity.
• Provide qualified leads for new software and services generated through consumption discussions with clients.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies.  Selling Consulting & Managed Services is a plus.
• Additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and 3+ years professional experience in client facing positions in support, sales, or technical account management, in high-tech or service related industry.  Must have a strong knowledge of IT products and Microsoft Cloud solutions.  Must be able to show a proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas.  Able to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives.  Knowledge of software, hardware, licensing, and peripherals a plus. 

Salary Range is from $60,000 to $110,000 with Variable Compensation Plan.
