Pay is set by the city and the contract at $29.00 per hour and the position comes with comprehensive and competitive benefits of health and dental insurance, accrued paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays.
This position would be the first line response to our clients, and the positive interaction that help shape our business. This position would be in office due to receiving incoming shipments.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Handling incoming calls to schedule work and preventative maintenance
Assigning all work for service technicians
Database management using the company’s software, Medimizer (training provided)
General data entry
Scheduled work order generation
Overseeing and creating purchase orders for equipment
Receiving equipment and entering relevant information in Quickbooks (training provided)
Provide efficient communications of service issues to appropriate personnel
Perform other related duties and assist with special projects as assigned
