About the company: 

Wheeler Blank Enterprises is a locally owned and operated Burger King Franchisee, with locations throughout the Denver area. We are seeking shift supervisors to add to our team.  Our shift supervisors manage, coach, and train up to 10 team members and are responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience while providing hot, fresh Burger King favorites to our guests!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train team members
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Implement quality improvements
• count and verify cash registers and prepare bank deposits Role requirements:
• Previous fast food management experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Must possess excellent verbal communications skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand up to 8 hours for a shift.
• May have to lift items 30-50 pounds.
• Work requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
