Title Business Development Manager Primary Location ndash Piscataway, New Jersey HSK Technologies Inc is currently seeking a Business Development Manager ndash Recruitment for our office. This is a full-time, direct hire position. Requirement for the position Meet a minimum of 5+years of experience or Proven work experience in business development or account management of IT staffing industry. Desirable Degrees in Business, Marketing, or any other related fields are typically required. Hands on experience in business development and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience including preparation of proposals. Exceptional communication, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions. An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time. Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude work independently. Self-motivated individual who exhibits sense of urgency in all sales and service related activity. Responsibilities Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts as well development of a new business, new clients. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market through research proposals. Contact potential clients through cold calls emails Understand the dynamics of each clients business and execute account plans to maximize our relationship throughout the organization. Develops sales plansapproaches. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business, includes sales calls, competitive analysis, marketing campaigns, attending trade shows and follow up activity coordinated within that planapproach. Conducts prospect, active, and inactive account sales calls both independently and joint with management. Identify new upsellcross-sell opportunities to grow revenue. Develop expertise communicate long-term roadmap and represent client needs internally. Good understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical and pragmatic application of existing, new and emerging technologies. Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline. Experience with vendor selection processes and response management Understanding of customer decision making criteria as it pertains to consulting solutions Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects, focusing primarily on higher margin prospects and new business. Facilitate the effective presentation of our Business Solutions offerings in order to broaden our penetration into new and existing accounts. Collaborate, with internal SMErsquos to identify, qualify and prioritize consulting opportunities Responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing business opportunities to support new revenue growth.
