- Customer service Experience; 2 years experience within high-end customer service roles
- Order Entry Experience; enter customer information while simultaneously over-the-phone
-MS Office Experience
-Answer 80-100 inbound phone calls daily from clients to answer any inquiries they may have regarding order delivery status or to place an order
-Accurately enter in a high volume of customer and order information to internal database
-Direct calls as appropriate to correct department or individual within company.
-Effectively meet all defined metrics regarding talk time and accuracy
-Use internal software to locate inventory and orders
-Pull-up orders invoice and validate documentation
