Requirements:

Must have a four-year degree

A minimum of 5 years Human Resources experience working for a CONSUMER GOODS manufacturing facility {non-union}

Bilingual Spanish skills are required.

Experience with HRIS systems - Workday a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Federal and State law experience

Continuous Improvement experience


Duties:

You will provide support and leadership to a mid-size manufacturing plant.

Partner with Corporate Human Resources for:
o Compensation and Benefits
o Communication roll-out
o Policies and Programs
o Leadership development training


Responsibilities:

Staffing, recruitment, manpower planning

Background and drug testing

New hire paperwork

Employee investigations

Recognition events

New Hire orientation

Attendance management

Local Training development and performance review

Employee Relations


Must be bilingual Spanish.
