The office clerk works as clerical support within the Payroll departments. Prior knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer systems is important for this position. Will also help with any daily administrative work assigned. This is a full-time clerical office position located in Heber City, UT.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Word processing software
Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Attention to Detail
This position involves sitting, working with computers and other office equipment, bending, twisting, walking, standing, and lifting up to 20 lbs. This is indoor work in an office type environment.
