              Store Manager Responsibilities:
              • Completes daily store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
              • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
              • Maintains store staff by recruiting, , orienting, and training employees
              • Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
              • Tour the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers to identify or resolve urgent issues
              • Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues in relation to store operations and employee relations
              • Maintain and monitor store inventory
              • Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers
              Requirements:
              • Previous retail or c-store management experience
              • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends
              • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
              • Basic reading, writing and accounting skills
              • Excellent Customer Service skills
