Job Description
Western Mass. cleaning company now hiring for a full-time Night Lead.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete regular cleaning duties with team members
- Delegate various duties to cleaners
- Examine building to ensure the work meets established standards
- Communicate any complaints about janitorial service to Daytime Supervisor
- Communicate the need for supplies to Daytime Supervisor
- Communicate nightly activites along with any issues to Daytime Supervisor
- Manage employee hours through the night shift
Skills include:

- Detail oriented
- Time management
A strong candidate must have commerical cleaning experience. Management experience a preferred but not required.
Must have own and reliable transportation.
