The Operations Integration Team is seeking Revenue Cycle Quality Assurance Manager to join their team full time to work in an office setting in Everett, WA.
The Revenue Cycle Quality Assurance Manager functions as an integral member of the team and is responsible for and not limited to -
Assists in developing and deploying metrics which provide overall visibility to the revenue cycle
Provides education to clinical teams, and operations on Revenue Cycle processes
Works collaboratively with operations to identify and optimize performance
Acts as subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle processes and workflows
Works closely with other members of the Operations Integration team to support network growth through strategic expansion
Preferred Experience and Credentials: Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Requires management experience and skills, organized, able to speak in front of small and large groups. Must have good communication skills; be competent in EPIC, EXCEL, WORD and other applications used in healthcare.
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred in business or related field or equivalent experience in a health care field.
Employees are required to screen for symptoms using an approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe.
Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a worksite building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained.
