Who We Are: A busy family-owned custom metal fabrication company located in Salem, OR.
What You' ll Do: As the Office Assistant, you job duties will mainly entail data entry, purchasing and receiving, and scheduling, along with some clerical and administrative duties. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Hours will typically be 8am-5pm, with some flexibility.

Base pay of $14/hr

What You Need to Have:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of Purchasing and Receiving
Experience with Scheduling strongly preferred
Self-motivated
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
An easy going, upbeat and outgoing attitude
GlobalShop and Quickbooks experience not required, but helpful
