Overnight Hotel Clerk Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Performs any combination of following duties for guests of hotel: Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
2) Issues room key and instructions to guests.
3) Date stamps, sorts, and racks incoming mail and messages.
4) Transmits and receives messages, using telephone or email.
5) Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services
6) Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.
7) Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests.
8) May make restaurant reservations if guest asks.
9) May order complimentary flowers or champagne for guests.
10) Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints.

Schedule: 11:00pm to 7:00am

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in a hotel setting
-2+ years experience as Hotel Clerk
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Overnight availability!
