We are currently seeking well-qualified talent for our PhysicianOne Call Center.
The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming patient calls, utilizing company policies and procedures to address patients needs, booking patient reservations, provide lab results, and directing calls to the appropriate persons when necessary. Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for patient issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Performs other clerical and administrative tasks as required. Emulates the ideals set forth in the PhysicianOne Urgent Care Mission Statement.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
The hours of work and days vary and may include nights, weekends and holidays.
Some out of the area travel may be expected to attend training and or meetings.
