                              You will serve as an Intelligence Specialist at the GG-13 grade level providing technical advice on a wide range of complex analysis, evaluation, collection, interpretation, or dissemination of information and/or products relative to and assigned area(s) on political, economic, social, cultural, physical, geographic, technical or military conditions for one or more foreign countries.

                              • You will conduct unique classified intelligence collection and research that has influential impact on research and development.
                              • You will provide technical and intelligence advice on planning and execution of real-world collection opportunities and objectives to the Department Head for vetting.
                              • You will serve as a Radio Frequency (RF) specialist performing intelligence analysis, collection and production tasks relative to an assigned area(s) for one or more countries.
                              • You will function as lead analyst/advisor on analytical projects, developing written reports for submission to a senior analyst for review and approval, leading to identification of adversary vulnerabilities.

                              Travel Required

                              Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.

                              • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

                              • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.

                              • This position may be subject to Polygraph Examination.
                              • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

                              Qualifications

                              Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS/GG-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as:

                              • Producing highly-tailored intelligence reports of potentially hostile threats that are used to direct program spending.
                              • Serving as a subject matter expert in tactical collection of foreign military command, control, and communication systems.
                              • Managing and configuring terrestrial, expeditionary, or afloat collection systems, ensuring system accreditation standards are established and maintained.
                              • Developing and operating digital signals processing (DSP) systems or capabilities.

                              The incumbent will be required to obtain access to NSA/U.S. Cyber Command facilities and networks through further security screening processes in order to accomplish assigned duties.
