Industrial Customer Service Representative
Summary: Manufacturing company has an immediate opening in their Customer Service Department- In this role, the CSR is responsible for all of the requirements to handle account management. This will include taking orders via phone, fax or email. Accurately entering all order details. Making sure all information is correctly, accurately and timely sent to production for scheduling. Follow up with customer to provide accurate information on production dates and expected delivery. Will also work closely with production to follow order through process. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and sales. Previous experience in the role of inside sales or customer service in a manufacturing environment highly preferred but other sales/customer service roles will be considered.
