As Global Centralized Delivery Chief of Staff , you will work closely with leadership team across the globe and key stakeholders in driving the rhythm of the business. Your primary mission is to help our broad and diverse division come together around our unified strategy and create the rhythms, forums, process and communication workstreams to facilitate that outcome. You will also work across the team to drive a more cohesive approach to customer and partner interaction - leveraging the individual strengths of the different parts of the team.

Create and manage a comprehensive rhythm of business (ROB), including all-hands, staff meetings, business reporting and area connections to help the business run smoothly and effectively
Drive the end-to-end planning and budget processes and core priority setting
Drive evolution of the business through simplification and transforming activities
Work across multiple teams to help connect the moving parts in a very dynamic and fluid environment

Drive alignment of stakeholders through excellent communications skills
Deeply understand our customers and business to develop actionable insights backed by data
Develop execution plans for new initiatives that delight and engage our customers
Culture & People pillar owner. Work closely with the Business Leaders, HR and the team to identify, analyze and develop strategies to improve organizational health. Partner with HR to drive MS Poll action planning. Orchestrate team trainings and brown-bag series to contribute to ongoing development. Define, plan and drive cross-team process improvements (e.g., team recognition, development of business plans and RoB). Build and run Awards and recognition programs
Elevate our partnership with Recruiting to ensure our organization attracts the best and brightest candidates and any openings are filled quickly and meet organizational hiring objectives. Drives and ensures a positive onboarding, and ongoing training program for the organization

As a member of the Leadership Team, the individual is expected to be a full contributor to all leadership team discussions and topics, participating in most relevant meetings and offering synthesized business perspectives relevant to influencing key strategic decisions
5+ years in project and/or business management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, passion for strategic thinking and problem solving, and ability to deliver rich, business insights to drive decisions
Self-starter with strong financial and analytical skills
Ability to translate ideas into clear, high impact communications
Proven cross-functional project management and leadership skills, leading to positive organizational change
Ability to maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments
Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership on complex business topics
Systems thinker, able to manage a high degree of complexity and to distill information into simple messages, able to think both strategically at a global level as well as effectively developing key processes
Exceptional cross-organization coordination and communication skills including ability to build comprehensive and compelling presentation and communication materials that span functions and groups
Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to build trust, influence, and foster relationships with diverse team members; ability to leveragerelationships to drive consistency of approach and ensure delivery
Ability to balance varying responsibilities that span rhythm of business, communications, executive management, and culture
Passion to foster a culture of efficiency and high performance through initiatives, training & education, and communication
BS in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA Preferred
