Pay Rate: $16.00/hr. if Bilingual, then $17.00/hr.
Monday through Friday
9:30 AM - 6 PM or 11:30 AM - 8 PM
MUST have internet access and working computer/laptop at home as this is a Remote position!
The MTA Team will move high level customer service environment delivering satisfaction.
The goal of the MTA is to ensure each enrollee, transportation provider, medical provider and/or facility is provided great customer service while understanding, adhering to, and enforcing NYSDOH Policies and Procedures.
• Taking inbound calls in the Queue: Call Escalations/Supervisor Calls, etc.
• Ensure full Medicaid compliance
• Assist with vendor relations
• Assist with county specific tasks
• Assist with Edit/Not Ready Trips
• Other duties as directed by management
Experience: Minimum of 3 months- 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center Expereince.

Education: High school diploma/GED.
Temp to Hire Inofrmation: Eligible candidates will have cleared from their 90-day probationary period and be in good standing with the company, which includes meeting all expected performance levels related to production, quality, schedule adherence, and attendance.
The MTA Call Center Specialist must maintain a positive, courteous, and professional demeanor with management, clients and employees at all times. Candidate must have proven expertise with the Medicaid system, policies and procedures.
