Position: Inside Sales

NPW is currently seeking a reliable and driven individual to fill the position of Inside Sales.

Ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- MUST have excellent phone etiquette
- Computer savvy
- Knowledge of Auto Parts
- Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service
- Spanish/English speaking a PLUS!
- MUST have a positive CAN-DO attitude!
The Inside Sales Associate will support our sales effort by expanding current customer relationships and identifying new customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via: web, email, and/or telephone
- Ensure all customer orders are being processed within designated Service Level Agreements
- Establish new accounts through client referrals or outbound calls to potential customers
- Provides quotes & order information to customers
- Demonstrates knowledge of product
- Provides technical advice, troubleshoots, & finds solution to the customer's problem
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, talk, and hear
- Regularly lift and or move up to twenty (20) pounds unassisted
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds unassisted
