      DUTIES:

      Oversee the new user access process associated with AIMS. Responsible for maintaining an active directory of users by tracking new user access forms and revoking access as requested and necessary.

      Answer user calls for CAREWare application and assist with adding, updating, and removing users from CAREWare and report portal application.

      Conduct CAREWare trainings for new and existing users on new features. Maintain user manual for CAREWare and report portal applications. Maintain user access documentation as per department's security guidelines. Perform SQL queries to troubleshoot data issues reported by CAREWare users.

      Provide monthly web-based trainings for users; ensure providers/users update monthly and annual reports in AIMS. Assist with system administration of the AIMS database, to include responding to technical assistance requests.

      Tasks assigned by supervisor.
