Compensation

• Competitive Compensation ($28 - $41) DOE
  

• $10,000 Sign on for 1 year experience
  

• Nights (7-7) no call/rotating weekends.
  

• Shift Differential:  Nights $3.00 per hr, Weekends $2.00 per hr, Critical Care Special Pay $2.50 per hr

Requirements

• Current FL RN License or compact RN license 
  

• 1 year Emergency Room preferred (Will train RNs that have had 1 year of Med Surg in the past year and half)
  

• Graduate of an accredited BSN program preferred; willing to consider ASN with solid experience
  

• BLS, TNCC, PALS, ACLS required with in 45 days
  

Responsibilities

• Looking for 1 year of experience in ER or Med Surg (They will Train)
  
• 56 Bed ER
  
• 60K patients per year
  
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
  
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds
