                          Job Description


                          Chick-fil-A Tampa Stadium, FL



                          We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Support Leader to join the team as a support leader at Chick-fil-A Tampa Stadium. The Support Leader must be a self-starter with experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bookkeeping experience is a plus. The Support Leader will also assist with recruiting, interviewing, development, onboarding, and other administrative work at our location. The Support Leader works closely with the Executive Administrative Director at Chick-fil-A Tampa Stadium. The Support Leader understands, supports, and integrates Chick-fil-A's values and mission statement in each responsibility, employee interaction, and community engagement. This job requires prior Chick-fil-A experience.



                          Pay Type: $12-$14/hr



                          Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

                          - Duties and Responsibilities:

                          - Serves as assistant to Executive Administrative Director
                          - Maintains office organization and operations
                          - Displays leadership as a support leader
                          - Prepares payroll
                          - Oversees correspondence between Operator and Leaders, Team Members, and Guests
                          - Assists with the Orientation Program & presents information to new team members
                          - Serves as a liaison between our restaurant and our talent recruiting firm
                          - Helps to advertise our talent brand in our community
                          - Conducts Team Member and Leadership interviews with candidates

                          - Participates in & takes notes at all Leadership meetings
                          - Handles employee & on-boarding documentation
                          - Communicates new policies, procedures, and updates to employees
                          - Takes care of calls regarding catering sales & customer complaints
                          - Tracks receipts and reconciles monthly
                          - Exhibits professionalism while answering the phone and speaking with guests
                          - Recover guests using the HEARD (Hear Empathize Acknowledge Recover Delight) model
                          - All other tasks as assigned
