Business Retention Representative:
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Provide professional, courteous, accurate and timely support to new policy holders, primarily through outgoing calls.
Conduct quality assurance calls with all new policyholders.
Ensure all policy information is accurate before concluding call.
Ensure all policy changes are documented via audio recording.
Document all policy related calls in policy notes.
Responsible for maintaining Excel spreadsheet with accurate notes.
Responsible for notifying agents of any policy related changes to their customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instruction given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
High school diploma or GED Required
Associate degree Preferred
Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test
