Team Member Job Description
Role Description Summary:
To prepare, cook, and package food products, serve each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently, and ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant while adhering to the specifications and procedures contained in the 755 Restaurant Corporation Operating Standards Manual.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet all customers with a sincere smile, making them feel welcome through positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude.
Take and fill the customer’s order within company mandated service time, suggestive selling when appropriate.
Immediately attend to any customer service problem or complaint. Notifies manager as needed.
Accountable and responsible for all cash issued and received at register during their shift and all guest checks used. Counts down drawer at end of shift to ensure accuracy.
Keeps all signed meal tickets, coupons and Credit card receipts.
Immediately notifies Manager in Charge of any deletions, over-rings or equipment problems.
Practice adequate security measures in cash handling, making frequent cash drops and maintaining the minimum amount of cash as mandated by Company policy.
Checks all equipment and immediately reports any malfunctions within the area to the manager
Filters and cleans all fryers at the designated times while following all safety guidelines.
Prepares and cooks food as dictated by the needs of the business and at direction of manager.
Ensures all products holding times are strictly observed.
Stocks the service area with a sufficient supply of napkins, cups, lids, etc. Maintains an adequate supply of iced tea.
Must be available to work a flexible shift including weekends.
Successfully complete all training and make a passing score on all applicable tests.
