Beyond simply cooking, the Executive Chef is the creative powerhouse behind all our brands. You will be responsible for menu development, developing recipes within budgetary constrictions, recruiting and training talented cooks, coordinating kitchen staff for stores and special events, inspecting kitchen operations to ensure food is consistent across multiple locations, monitoring sanitation and safety procedures in stores, and above all: delivering amazing experiences for our guests!
