Exterior Cleaning Technician

FULL-TIME

$20/hr

Starting pay is hourly plus production bonus ($40k-$50k/year based on performance). Duties include climbing up and down steep to easily walk able pitched roofs, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning and building washing. As an assistant technician you will be handling setup, breakdown and navigation of ladders, pressure washers, surface cleaners, and fall safety equipment. There is lots of room for growth and the potential to make a lot of money. We are looking for our next all-star.

Shift start: 7:00AM
Shift length: 8 hours
Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm, overtime may be required

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 22+ years old

Valid standard driver's license Comfortable climbing up& down ladders Comfortable working on roofs Can work outside in all weather conditions Not sensitive to strong smells Preferred roofing experience
