RESPONSIBILITES: 1.Welcome and identify customer needs 2. Explain products and services to customers 3. Monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock 4. Enter and process customer orders 5. Investigate and resolve customer complaints 6. Repair and service 2 cycle small engines QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Previous experience in sales and/or customer service 2. Previous experience with small engine parts and repair 3. Basic proficiency in Windows-based computing 4. Excellent communication skills 5. Ability to build positive rapport with customers **Hourly rate based on experience, generally between $10-12. Ability to work overtime hours is a must.
