                  JOB SUMMARY

                  Managers will manage full-time/part-time employees and drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures across the organization.  Most importantly, this position nurtures culture and engagement while overseeing strategies focused on improving the overall experience of employees and patients.  Key responsibilities for creating a positive, employee-centric environment include:

                  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

                   

                  • Manages and updates the company's product file systems ACIS, JDE, to ensure data integrity is established and maintained.
                  • Establishes standardization and manages the process for identifying project priorities, including but not limited to, HCPC code changes defined by CMS, Ops Class to Revenue Categories changes, product description standardization, new contract implementation, JDE system enhancements.
                  • Identifies and resolves product file problems with third party intermediaries and information systems as needed.  Communicates resolutions to all field locations.
                  • Responsible for hiring, coaching, performance appraisal and disciplining of subordinate staff. Ensures that performance standards are identified and met. 
                  • Primarily supervises 1-2 nonexempt or exempt employees.
                  • Participates in joint application design sessions conducted to improve the company's operational systems.
                  • Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.

                   

                  SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

                  • This position manages all management of the department and is responsible for the performance management, hiring, and discipline of management within the department.

                  MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

                   

                  Education and/or Experience

                  • Education or experience equivalent to a four- year college degree is required. 
                  • At least eight years of related experience is required

                   

                  Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

                  SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

                   

                  Computer Skills

                  • Computer savvy with: MS Excel, MS Office and MS Project required.

                  Language Skills

                  • English (reading, writing, verbal)

                   

                  Mathematical Skills

                  • College level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data.

                   

                  PHYSICAL DEMANDS

                  This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.  It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder. This position also may require the occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 lbs.
