Who are we looking for? 

The Showing Partner will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a compelling desire to support the team agent in achieving the team's success, while being committed to growing their own skills within the team. 

After the team agent meets with our clients, the Showing Partner will pick up the baton and find homes that meet the criteria, meet with our clients and show buyers potential homes that match their criteria. As clients explore homes, the Showing Partner will guide and advise clients to confirm or refine criteria and will show additional homes as needed. 

A Showing Partner should be able to successfully show homes to multiple buyers per week, while earning commissions from each closed contract.

The Showing Partner will have a real estate license in order to meet MLS criteria for the duties in this role. They are forward-looking individuals who develop and maintain positive professional relationships. They have a track record of success, and a palpable desire to succeed in this role, as well as their next. 

What will you do?

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: 

• Attend buyer consultations with the team agent to meet with clients prior to showing homes.
• Assist the team agent by showing homes to buyers 
• Assist the team agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the team agent after they have completed a needs analysis
• Attend weekly Brett Boone Team meetings
• Provide the highest level of customer care to our clients. Our team goes above and beyond to provide world-class service - the Brett Boone Standard!

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Working with buyers to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes
• Finding homes that meet buyers’ criteria
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends to show properties
• Once a client wants to present an offer on a property, write purchase and sale agreement/offers for clients and relay detailed information back to team agent
• Attend inspections as needed and assigned
• Provide support to team agents as needed by driving signs and lockboxes to properties
• To accomplish these job duties, the Showing Partner must have a current Oklahoma Real Estate License.

Compensation

This position is base salary plus commission.
