              Job Description

              Responsibilities

              Incumbent will support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in a once-in-a-generation digital transformation, driving change and devising how data can be integrated, controlled, distributed, and accessed by programs, business units and operators across the enterprise. Guidehouse is seeking project management analysts who can support a large Navy contract providing enterprise-wide IT transformation and acceleration to NAVAIR. The individual will support the NAVAIR Digital Group in performing the business transformation, business process re-engineering, and digital transformation to support the future of Naval Aviation. Position is located in Southern Maryland at Patuxent River. 


              Qualifications

              Security Clearance:

              • Must have an Active Secret Clearance or above. 

              Responsibilities

              • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
              • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
              • Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
              • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
              • Tracks program/project status and schedules. May provide expertise in a particular business and/or domain area such as logistics, financial management, change management, talent management; or in a specific technology area.
              • Assist the Government in pursuing technologies capable of increasing performance and efficiency, which can be economically integrated into current and proposed systems.
              • Assist as technical experts, based upon their broad knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies and development methodologies.

              Required Skills

              • Working on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.

              • • Ability to maintain a US DoD Secret Security clearance throughout employment.

              Required Experience

              • BA/BS Degree in relevant field or Associate's Degree and 4+ years of additional experience performing work related to the functional responsibilities OR 6+ years of additional experience performing work related to the functional responsibilities may be used in lieu of degree requirements
              • PMP, PgMP certificate or equivalent
              • Knowledge of various DoD IT Environments
              • Knowledge of Navy Processes and Procedures
              • Knowledge of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)
              • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
              • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
