Our upbeat environment requires an individual who can demonstrate amazing multitasking abilities during a variety of day-to-day, face-to-face customer encounters. The right candidate for this position has extreme attention to detail, is fun, very outgoing, positive, a people-person, as well as loves games and rewards for reaching targets. Daily activities include:

• Greet and welcome all clients and visitors.
• Answers telephones, screens callers, and relays messages.
• Provides secretarial support to clinical staff.
• Check in/out patients.
• Verify insurance is up to date for each patient and correctly input into office software for each visit.
• Maintain provider’s schedules.
• Obtains pre-certifications as required by health care insurers or managed care providers.
• Informs patients of costs for care being provided, and guides them to appropriate resources for further information.
• Type routine correspondence and reports.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing/scanning charts.
• Sign for UPS/Fed Ex packages.
• Other duties as assigned
