      We're pleased to announce our search for a Business Development Director with Install-Based (IBR) sales expertise to join our DataBank team! The Business Development Director - Install-Based (IBR), primary responsibilities will be to expand existing accounts with DataBank solution offerings including: software solutions, professional services, and business process outsourcing.

      The IBR will be responsible for working directly with DataBank's existing healthcare customer base to grow the business and achieve annual sales goals.

      In addition, the ideal candidate for this role will work with passion and will participate in the sales methodology as instructed by sales management. Resulting sales activity, orders, and updates will be logged in Salesforce.com on a daily basis. The IBR will also be required to outlook, forecast, and manage a working pipeline to provide visibility to the install-based business development.

      Essential Functions/Job Duties:

      • Sales and Quota accountability
      • Work to meet and exceed sales plan
      • Develop and execute individual and account sales plans
      • Expand Databank relationships within defined accounts
      • Adopt DataBank sales processes
      • Participate and adopt DataBank sales training programs and methodologies
      • Participate in vertical initiatives as required
      • Execute on key sales initiatives
      • Leverage Salesforce.com CRM for all reporting/tracking as required
      • Manage pipeline development (2x weighted pipeline)
      • Maintain accurate customer information
      • Provide accurate forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual) as required
      • Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) as required
      • Live out the DataBank values and vision

      Position Requirements

      Position Requirements:

      • 5+ years field experience selling conversion services and/or business process automation outsourcing and/or enterprise software
      • Experience in healthcare a plus
      • Selling imaging and workflow solutions a plus
      • Experience selling OnBase or SharePoint a plus
      • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota
      • Ability to sell remotely (via phone) and face to face
      • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
      • Proven ability to build memorable relationships with customers
      • Strong written and oral presentation skills
      • Familiarity with different sales methodologies
      • Ability to manage enterprise accounts to maintain, develop and grow the market share
      • Ability to sell solutions to CEO's, CFO's and other executives
      • Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
      • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
      • Bachelor's degree preferred
      • Travel - up to 50%
