Together We Grow is an award winning Pediatric Day Health Care Center that provides nursing services and teacher organized activities for children with medical needs, varying in ages from infants to young adult. Together We Grow is the largest pediatric day health care program in California.
We are currently seeking a Full Time and Per Diem LVN with experience and compassion to work with us to help provide our patients with the unique care they need. During the weekdays our center hours are 7am to 5:30pm,10 hour shifts. We are open 3 weekends a month with overnight weekend care and teacher guided activities. Weekends are 12 hour shifts (7-7:30) for days and NOC shifts. We are closed most major holidays!!
