Work activities Create Change Management (i.e. stakeholder engagement, processorganization design, educationtraining, and knowledge transfer, entity readiness, support, etc.) strategies, templates, and standards. Develop and lead the execution of the stakeholder engagement plans, timelines, organizational structure, and effort estimates. Create and distribute change management content to impacted stakeholders and project team members. Route work items to Change Management team members for completion. Supervise Change Management team members. Facilitate and lead meetings with key stakeholders, leaders, subject matter, etc. Review and approve team member deliverables and meet deliverable schedule. Liaise with City and consultant functional and technical teams. Engage subject matter experts and working group members to gather information, provide input, participate in workshop sessions, and review and approve work products created. Present work products to the PMO, steering committee team members and project sponsors to facilitate their approval. Track multiple work product progress and completion using Microsoft Project, Excel spreadsheets, SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, Work, etc. Summarize and report periodic status to project management and executive leadership teams, as requested. Summarize and communicate strategies and decisions to key stakeholders, leaders, and team members. Skillsexperience REQUIRED of the assigned staff More than 10 years of hands on and leadership experience with Change Management approaches and disciplines Experience with implementing change management strategies and plans related to planning for selecting, implementation, andor upgrading leading ERP andor DWBI software solutions. Knowledge of Full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from a Change Management perspective. Ability to keep data confidential. Industry andor consulting experience with hands on skills working on technology-enabled process and organizational redesign and change initiatives. Experience working in a public sector, higher education andor healthcare multi-entity, multi-site environment. Hands on expertise in a supervisory, project manager role andor with leading change management project teams. Extensive financial, grants, procurement, and supply chain business process and systems implementationupgrade expertise. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience working on vendor enterprise resource planning packaged software and business intelligencedata warehouse solutions that focus on providing public sector, higher education, and healthcare functionality and technologies such as Oracle, Workday, Microsoft, SAP, Infor, and related Cloud Business Intelligence solutions. Hands-on experience with learning management and training material development and delivery tools Completion of a Bachelor's (Master's preferred) degree in organizational change, organizational development, communications, operational design, or equivalent experience. Experience performing upgrade andor implementation projects in a change management project management role overseeing mid to large size teams consisting of client, consulting, and contractor team members. Experience working on upgrade andor implementation projects in a multi-entity shared services and distributed transaction processing environment with employee populations of greater than 30,000. Strong team leadership and orientation with a focus on collaboration, an ability to work independently, and a high level of professionalism. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, meeting facilitation, and written communicationdocumentation skills. Strong problem solving and analytic skillsets, meeting presentation and end user training delivery skills. Ability to work well with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization. Supervising, coaching and collaborating skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Highly skilled and hands-on experience working with the MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Visio, Project).
