} Job Description

Join the fun! If you LOVE dogs, are hardworking, organized and self-motivated this Front Desk Coordinator position might be the job for you. This position is part time, requires working weekends and flexibility to work different shifts and holidays.  Sorry, no seasonal positions available.  Meeting and greeting pet parents and their active, playful, dogs is part of the job.  Other duties include answering telephone calls, responding to emails, making reservations, retail sales, creating invoices. Surprisingly, you will get dirty in this PHYSICAL, high energy position as you run all sizes of dogs to and from playgroups, help lift dogs in our spa and do all sorts of cleaning. Dogtopia employment perks include bringing your dog to work (when all criteria is met).  

} Qualifications

Qualified applicants must have the following minimum requirements:

1. Must love dogs!
2. Customer service and sales minded.
3. Able to control, on leash, an excited and energetic large dog
4. Comfortable with Microsoft Office software.
5. Typing and filing skills.
6. Able to demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.
7. Organized plus ability to multi-task.
8. Ability to work as part of a team and have strong interpersonal skills.
9. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and STAND the majority of the shift.
10. Must be at least 18 years of age.
11. Flexible availability (weekend availability required)
