Aventure Staffing is currently seeking to fill an Administrative Assistant position for a company in the Wayne area.
The hours are 8:00am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday with some occasional weekends, and rate of pay is $10 - $13/hr. D.O.E
Duties for the Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited too:
- Provides general secretarial support such as typing, data entry, filling and answering phones.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, conferences and travel plans when requested.
- Prepare agendas, notices, and minutes.
- Order office supplies.
- Organize events, meeting or conferences.
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant include:
- MUST have experience with outlook, word, and excel.
- MUST gave prior clerical experience.
- MUST have a high school diploma.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Able to manage time efficiently
