Call schedule is 1 in 9 for FP and 1 in 4 for OB. You will see 22-26 patients per day and the inpatient census is 4-5. The payer mix is 32% Medicare, 24% Medicaid, 34% commercial and 10% self pay. The hospital has 85 beds. The population is 3500. The cost of living is very low. This community lies on the foothills of a state park in Northwestern Pennsylvania, almost on the New York border. Philadelphia is 4 hours away. This is an employed position by the group. The salary is $170, 000 plus incentive bonuses. They offer a loan repayment of $50, 000 for 4 years.
