                  Job Description

                  Position Summary: Person in this position will be responsible for the data collection, clerical and administrative aspects of the program. Essential Job Functions include those listed below.
                  Essential Job Functions:

                  General administrative support to the office, i.e., scheduling appointments, correspondence, handling incoming/outgoing phone contacts, and other related clerical duties;
                  Daily phone calls to employers to verify employment;
                  Managing program meetings and scheduling various events utilizing outlook calendar;
                  Updating various excel files on a daily basis;
                  Prepared and Send FedEx packages
                  Set up interviews for all our facility
                  Provide clerical support to the program staff as requested;
                  Collection of any relevant data;
                  Maintain filing system for any relevant files;
                  Entry of any relevant data into computer system;
                  Review and distribute, when appropriate, all incoming mail and faxes addressed to the program and staff;
                  Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision and goals of Freudenberg Medical ; and
                  Perform all other duties as assigned.

                  Physical Demands:

                  Sitting for most of the work shift;
                  Constant use of computer and telephone systems;
                  Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds; and
                  The normal work routine involves no exposure to human blood, body fluids or tissues. Persons who perform these duties are not called upon as part of their employment to perform or assist in emergency medical care or first aid to be potentially exposed in some other way.
                  Qualifications
                  Essential Qualifications:

                  Superior organizational skills;
                  Past experience in an administrative position, preferably in a social service setting;
                  One (1) year data experience;
                  Veteran and/or military experience preferred;
                  Excellent communication skills;
                  Superior writing skills;
                  Attention to detail;
                  Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion;
                  Ability to work well in a team environment;
                  Superior organizational skills;
                  Strong computer skills, to encompass all Microsoft Office applications;
                  Adherence to the highest standard of ethical conduct, especially to standards governing confidentiality; and
