Job Title: Warehouse Associate

One23 Fulfillment LLC team is in search of a Warehouse Associate who is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager by maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

• Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assists in the receiving of all incoming goods by following related SOPs, including labeling, notating of location and handing in required documentation in a timely manner.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Assists in the staging of required componentry per the production schedule.
• Assists in the preparation of outgoing goods.
• Supports the Manager in maintaining physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Works closely with other departments to ensure optimal execution of required activities and addresses any problems that may arise.
• Strives to find ways to make the warehouse processes more efficient using Lean Ideology 5S within the warehouse.
• Assists with adherence of federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Promotes and demonstrates behavior consistent with the company’s core values and policies.

Experience/Skills

• Previous warehouse and inventory experience necessary
• Supervisory experience a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Requires standing lifting and pulling

Education:

• High School degree or equivalent life experience
