    ARES Corporation is hiring a Personal Computer Support Technician to work on site at Glenn Research center. 


    The role of the personal computer support technician is to provide end user computer, mobile device or printer break-fix services at the specific NASA center.  These services include hardware and software installation and removal, data transfers and restoration of an end user’s device to full operability when an incident occurs that renders hardware unstable, equipment is lost, damaged, destroyed, inoperable, or exhibits degraded Restoration includes the tasks that are necessary to return managed hardware to an operational state, including correction of hardware faults via repair or replacement, replacement in case of loss or damage, configuration of software load, and restoration or transfer of all user data to replacement device. 

    Tasks will typically be assigned to technicians via the ITSM system, but may also come through via a phone call, email or customer walk-up.
