                      Job Description

                      Job Profile Summary CAI is seeking a IT Product Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the following: Bank Applications and overseeing all design, development and implementation efforts for applications supporting the bank. This position is focused on driving strategy, messaging, and positioning, of these critical applications. Duties & Responsibilities Drive Bank Application development from conceptualization through launch - creating actionable plans, work streams and tactics, and execute on those in support of new product launches. Collaborate with technology teams, UX, and business development partners to determine what features to move forward and in what priority order. Ensure business and technical stakeholder needs are aligned by driving mindful discussions that lead to crisp decisions. Write market, functional and system requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to business and development teams. Create plans that have clear, measurable success criteria. Manage the execution of initiatives from idea through launch, while setting and managing the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders. Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks. Partner with UX and UX Research to define member journeys for member segments. Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives. Conduct product development sprints following Agile methodology Responsible for all service delivery activities for Bank Applications Be single point of contact with IT Operations teams, ensuring adherence to all service level agreements (SLAs) Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going discussions with internal and external teams. Drive and define launch plans/product roadmaps, goals and success metrics. Define product releases working in collaboration with engineering/application development counterparts. Directly and indirectly, will lead a team of developers, testers and support staff Qualifications Experience/Education Required A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field or in the alternative a combination of education, certifications and work experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field 3+ years' experience in the following:Planning, implementation and maintenance of Bank Apps utilizing agile methodology Banking Core application such as FIS Digital origination platforms for deposit and loans Hiring and leading project team comprised of developers, testers and operations support staff Strong experience in product ownership Experience in leading core platform conversion projects Skills Required Sound business & strategy judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position. Must have exceptional communication skills including the ability to present and convey ideas to business and leadership stakeholders. Ability to communicate value propositions Ability to convert business requirements into detailed systems design and technical specifications Strong-communication and conflict resolution skills High level of self-motivation and initiative Ability to prioritize multiple work streams and responsibilities simultaneously Awareness of regulatory requirements Skills Preferred Experience with financial systems (preferably payment and retail banking systems) Experience with digital retail banking technologies Experience with implementing core banking software solutions and conversions Experience with operations of banking systems and sub components including core, integrations, digital, regulatory and data Experience leading projects comprising cross-functional teams, distributed across multiple locations Experience working in or with a shared services organization will be a plus CAI is a global IT services firm that is currently managing active engagements with over 100 Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies around the world.
