                  Job Description

                  Oversees all aspects of the quality management function for both Regional Hospital of Scranton and Moses Taylor Hospital. Develops plans designed to improve the overall quality of the organization's facilities and patient care services. Oversees the implementation of quality improvement efforts designed to improve clinical performance and maintain compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and other accreditation standards. Responsible for planning and directing quality policies, programs, and initiatives. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. Reports to CEO. Requires at least 8 years of clinical experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
