Location: San Fernando Velley area

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.

Shift Days & Hours: Monday, 12:30am and Tuesday - Wednesday 9:00pm - 5:30am

General Job Functions: Manage assigned client accounts, perform site inspections, work at client sites when needed and other duties as assigned

JOB DESCRIPTION

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
• Respond quickly to critical situations
• Reviewing and writing detailed reports
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
• Work at client sites when needed
• Supervise & manage employees at assigned client sites
• Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with our client(s) at assigned sites
• Ensure all shifts/sites are covered by qualified security personnel at all accounts during the responsible shift
• Conduct inspections and any necessary training of personnel at all client sites during the responsible shift
• Become proficient in all company software systems

• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• Valid CA Guard Card
• Flexible availability to work different shift days and hours
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean DMV Driving Report
• Ability to write detailed Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports and Inspections
• Computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Successfully complete an extensive screening process
• Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
