The Dobbs Truck Group, and its wholly owned subsidiaries; Dobbs Peterbilt, LLC and Western Truck Parts and Equipment Company, LLC (WTPE), operates 28 Peterbilt, Volvo, Mack, and Hino truck dealerships in the States of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, and California.
The General Manager directs parts, service and truck sales operations through a team of front line managers to achieve planned sales and profitability objectives while adhering to GWP's established procedures for business conduct, safety, and personnel administration. This position will be overseeing operations at our Pasco and Yakima, Washington locations.
Minimum Job Qualifications
5 years of experience in the Class 8 heavy duty trucking industry
5 years of experience in Class 8 parts, service and/or truck sales management
Desired Job Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong organization and communication skills
Strong leadership and managerial skills
