Location: Remote – NYC
Our client who is a leader in providing remote workforce labor for a range of industries is now looking for REMOTE Business Development Representative to join their team. This individual must have proven experience selling Call Center Solutions!
This individual must be a results-driven sales representative, with a proven track record, to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. This individual must be a professional that is dependable and motivated to increase sales.
Ability to successfully prospect and cold call at a high level, ultimately closing the sale
Ability to reach into an existing network of contacts, and close sales.
Upbeat and friendly personality both on the phone and on virtual conferencing software.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Must have confident tech skills to learn, use and sell new programs quickly and efficiently.
Ability to successfully self-motivate in a fully remote environment.
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of company services.
Remotely present and promote company services.
Coordinate with Executive and Operations teams as needed.
Maintain up-to-date records of activities using CRM and through consistent and clear internal communication.
Develop and maintain productive customer relationships by cold calling, emailing, texting, doing everything possible to connect, sell, and ultimately close contracts, for new clients requiring our call center services.
Connect with, sell, and ultimately close contracts, with existing clients in the private and public sector, requiring our call center services.
Other duties as assigned.
5+ years call center sales experience and proven track record of sales.
BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work from home permanently including high speed internet, personal computer that meets minimum tech specifications, and a distraction-free space.
Be willing to travel (when it is safe to do so).
